I dropped my mower off to get the belt replaced on 5/22/2022. I was told the mower would be ready on 6/3/2022. When I arrived on that Friday to pick it up i was told the tech didn't get to it and they would have them get to it first thing Tuesday morning. As business goes, I understand that some things take time. When i arrived on Tuesday to pick it up i was told all techs were on vacation for the week so it would be the following week before I could get the mower. I decided to pick up my unfinished Gravely Zero Turn mower up on Thursday 6/9/2022 and pay for the belt that had been ordered. When I dropped my mower off it had 72 hours. When I went to pick it up the battery was dead and had 126 hours on it. Normally something so minor wouldn't bother me but I decided while it was in the shop to sell it and buy a bigger mower. I'm sure someone would rather buy a mower with 72 hours as opposed to 126. When I told the young lady they left the key on, ran down my battery and put an additional 50 hours on my mower she gave me a new battery. Although I'm a little bent out of shape about the hours, the staff was always very kind. They did allow me to use a loaner mower a couple of times so that was a plus. I can't say that I'm overly impressed with this place but can say I will give them a second chance just because all the staff I interacted with was very helpful and kind.
